Description

The Andrian porphyry is quarried not far from our company headquarters in Terlan and is a material with a very strong character.

In the quarry it is present in two basic structures. Namely with or without inclusions (breccias). These inclusions can be the size of a fist or larger and differ in colour from the rest of the pinkish base colour.
This basic shade characterises the porphyry when it is extracted free of inclusions.

In projects, the two types of Andrian porphyry can be used separately, but they also make a harmonious whole together.

Traditionally, this porphyry was used a lot for exterior design, such as stone walls or columns. Probably also because it is relatively easy to work by hand.

Use

This porphyry is suitable for all interior and exterior designs.
