Description
The porphyry from the Ritten plateau is characterised by its beige colour, which sets it apart from all other porphyry from the Bolzano porphyry plateau.
This colour lends a Mediterranean and warm flair to all designs. In sunlight or under UV rays, the material tends to darken considerably once it has been cut. Especially when this natural stone has been flamed, it takes on a beautiful red hue!
