Winner of the Climate House Award

Villa Maria - Fabrication and installation of the natural stone façade including installation of the thermal insulation.
The surface of the façade is satinised. In the interior, renovation work was carried out on the existing staircase.

The finishes of the terraces and balconies are a special feature. The balcony parapets were clad on the inside with natural stone.
The parapet height was manufactured and installed in one piece. In the outdoor area, the floor coverings and massive steps were executed with the same natural stone.

The material was chosen to match the existing natural stone wall of the historic building.

The site of the erratic boulder with which the work was carried out is located in the Sarntal valley.
