Description

The Val Gardena porphyry Layon is an erratic boulder that was quarried during excavation work for a new building in St. Peter in Laien, at the entrance to the Val Gardena.
The colour is grey with a reddish shimmer. Depending on the surface, it shows a different face. This porphyry is a very compact and beautiful material, which is especially suitable for high-quality interiors, as it convinces with its format sizes (over 3m long).

Due to its resistance, it is also preferred by stonemasons in outdoor areas for stone floors, stone fountains, stone facades and other designs.

Use

Exterior designs and modern interiors in natural stone. Raw blocks, raw slabs, kitchen countertops, bathrooms, terrace designs, fountains, stairs, stone floors, washbasins, wall cladding, wall facing, individual gravestones.
